Navigate to Account from your Shopify admin and then to Settings > Plan. Click Cancel subscription or Pause or cancel subscription, depending on the option you choose. Review the options for pausing your membership or selling your business. If you still wish to cancel, click Cancel subscription and close store.
Click the Delete button next to the title of the webpage that you want to remove. Click Delete on the Delete page. Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
Go to Settings. Account is the option you’ll select. Click Close store to finish. Enter your password and then click Confirm. Select the reason for closing your account. Choose Close from the drop-down menu that appears when you tap Cancel or Go Back.
Select the Shopify account from which you’d like to remove customers. To delete them, go to Customers in your Shopify admin. Select the customer profiles you wish to erase using the checkbox next to each name on the Customers page. Click Actions and then Delete selected customers. Click Delete again after you’ve confirmed that they’re gone.
To delete a store, go to the Shopify admin menu and click Settings. Then choose Plan & Permissions or Account from the drop-down menu. Find the Store Status area on the left and choose sell or Close Store. You must enter your password to close the store; you’re finished at this point.
